Building equitable, sustainable, climate-resilient communities.

About Us

At TD+Partners, our mission is to create equitable, sustainable, and climate-resilient communities that enhance quality of life for all residents.  We are committed to addressing environmental justice challenges and closing livability gaps in both urban and rural areas through thoughtful, community-focused development.

We design, develop, and construct a full spectrum of housing—ranging from affordable single-family homes to workforce and high-rise multifamily communities—along with commercial, educational, recreational, and industrial spaces that strengthen neighborhoods and expand opportunity.

Through an innovative mixed-finance approach leveraging federal, state, and local tax credits and incentive programs, we deliver long-term, inclusive developments that promote environmental health, economic mobility, and community well-being.
