Municipal Garage - $60M Civic Redevelopment

The Municipal Garage project will transform the one-acre City Hall surface lot into a modern, five-story, 400-space municipal parking structure designed to improve downtown mobility and enhance the city’s civic capacity.

Transit Park - $70M Mixed Finance
 
Key Elements
Transit Park is a six-story workforce housing development featuring 100 modern mixed-income residential units and 3,800 sq. ft. of commercial space for a restaurant and entertainment venue. Located across from the Plainfield Train Station, the project provides immediate access to mass transit and regional employment corridors
